Hi Liliana,

If this is a link - have you tried using the CSS pseudo classes for the anchor attribute? There is an example on the W3 School website

In addition to what Paolo mentioned, one thing that might be helpful is to check the read status of that message for the user via the REST API:

http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/rest-api/bd-p/developers-rest-api?leaf-id=Message.read#Message.read

With that info at hand, you could set your own class on the link, allowing you to more easily target it for styling.
