Get a board's numerical/integer/node id

Hi folks, trying to generate the url to view all unread topics for boards.

Unfortunately, unlike every other url in the UI, this one uses the numerical, node id.

The board is id is https://community.spotify.com/t5/Premium-for-Family/bd-p/family

Surely there is a way to use the api to convert the "regular" board id string to its numerical id?
