You can try this, {network} should be Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and {instance} should be the company key (i.e. generalmotors, fidelity, etc)

I started discussing this here Feasible? Link (within Topic) to jump to Care Con... - Atlas (khoros.com) and have tried a variety of things without success.
Is this possible if the source is a Khoros community? It was suggested to try "Lithium" for the network but this didn't work.
