Getting the most kudoed authors by category with REST API

The kudo authors leaderboard can be obtained via the /kudos/authors/leaderboard method. For example:

http://sales25.demo.lithium.com/restapi/vc/boards/id/speakers/kudos/authors/leaderboard?max_age=one_month

It looks like that particular community has the feature turned off, so here's an example from the Lithosphere (note that the category id in this case is actually "Forums"):

http://lithosphere.lithium.com/restapi/vc/categories/id/Forums/kudos/authors/leaderboard?max_age=one_month

To turn on the top kudoded author leaderboard via the admin (if it's disabled), you can go to Community Admin > Features > Kudos > Top Kudoed Authors Leaderboard:Show.
