Has anyone built Icon-Based Reactions?? (rather than Kudos)

A user brought up an idea I think is great.  To have icon-based responses (similar to Facebook & Teams) like heart, laugh, etc.  In an internal board, somebody gave a snarky (but good-natured) reply...

I just checked - I have kudos on all of those ideas.
This (and another thing my dev is trying to figure out) are really crying out for some community engagement.
