It is already in place but still it is appearing in community internal search.

You need to adjust the default see and read permissions for hidden boards to deny. So, that admins can get the results but not normal/regular users. For more info, you can just go through this link

  Make sure you're not testing with an admin account. I think admin will always see all board results.
