You can edit the text for this message via the Text Editor in Studio. The text keys you're interested are named:
rankChanged.privateMessage.default.template.subject rankChanged.privateMessage.default.template.html_content
Please be aware that there is just a single template for all rank notification messages, so you should tailor your message such that it applies in all cases.
Would be nice to have the option to customize every rank message. So you can for e.g. tell the user when they reach a certaind rank, that they now have benn granted a special privilege or something like that.
