How do I get the access to Support Section?

We open lithium support cases by mailing the issue/concern/request at support@lithium.com, and then we recieve a support case ticket number in reply like Lithium Case Created: 00058XYZ

I need to confirm is there any area in lithosphere where I can track these service requests based on the Case Number I recieve on the email? If yes, how do I get the access to that area?

I am looking something like this http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/private-support/Reply-to-a-support-case-as-a-support-agent/ta-p/109815

Do I need to follow this thread http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/lithosphere-knowledge-base/Do-you-have-the-right-access-to-Lithosphere/ta-p/50421 ?

    you may need to get access to Lithocase. See this article

    Hi Gurimrat,

     

    The easiest way to check if you already have access is to visit this page:

    http://supportcases.lithium.com/

     

    If you have access, you will be able to see your cases. If not, you will receive a message stating you don't have access. If you don't have access, you can use the information PaoloT provided to get setup with access.
