How do I get the access to Support Section?
We open lithium support cases by mailing the issue/concern/request at support@lithium.com, and then we recieve a support case ticket number in reply like Lithium Case Created: 00058XYZ
I need to confirm is there any area in lithosphere where I can track these service requests based on the Case Number I recieve on the email? If yes, how do I get the access to that area?
