How do we enable/build preview text on hover?

This is a Out of the box in-built feature in Lithium. No customization is required for this feature.

If this feature doesn't appear in your community, Lithium could enable this for you from back-end setting.

I was under the impression that this was a customization as described in the topic here. What version was this released in?

lilim is correct, this is not a feature that was released in the application.

This is a feature that can be built out of the box utilizing studio and does not require a customization.
