how to access the xml/json data from my community.xxxx.com

I am getting 303 error message code while accessing below url:   http://community.xxx.com/restapi/vc/posts/recent while accessing the lithuim community  i am able to get the xml response.   that...

Can you please post the complete error details here, that would help us understand it in a better way.

    hi sateeshanasani 

    that's because the user id 36336 does not have any REST API read permissions

     

    best practice would be to:

      • create a role for REST API - provide that role with permission for REST API read permissions
        • in Admin > Users > Permissions > Roles > Create a New Role

    • assign the above role to user 36336
