Is there a way to move all posts from one board to another? I see that you can move all checked posts, but this only moves the boards on that page of the pagination. It would have to be repeated for ...

stevensullivan - you could temporarily increase the number of topics to list on a page before pagination kicks in (Admin > Posts & Topics > Topics Display). Then, you could do your bulk moves in fewer chunks and set it back when you're done.
btw, there should be a personal setting for that as well, so that it's not affecting the other users:
try MySettings -> Preferences -> Linear Layout -> Linear Format: Topics per page
