You can refer to the Care Analytics Report where there are instructions about how to export the data.

I did, and I extracted all these possible extractions: https://developer.khoros.com/khoroscaredevdocs/docs/about-analytics-reports, but the Metadata field is not available in any of them.
Can you please help me in how to extract that?
