From this call, am getting some questions and answers which are not relevant to the query.
The five accepted question and answer from this call is:
1. re: billing agreement
2. Help with dollar bills
3. "bill me later"
4. Hawaii passes S/S Marriage Bill........
5. Different billing and shipping addresses
#4 is not relevant to billing.
Can you please help me, how can i get the relevant results to the query.

Unfortunately this is how the search works, but you can try to include specific boards in the search query if you know what boards you should be searching. Sample call could look like
http://community.ebay.com/restapi/vc/search/messages?q=billing&board_ids=board1,board2 .....
Also, there is another keyword called 'without' where you pass in the "without term" so that search returns you the results without that term (but I can understand that it might be difficult to limit these kind of words to a small list)
http://community.ebay.com/restapi/vc/search/messages?q=billing&without=marriage

Difficult to limit the words in the "without term'. Is there anyway to filter the relevant thread alone from the REST API call.
