How to get the TKB Article Template in New Article Page?

I need to show few input fields based on the selected TKB Article Template in New Article Page.   On publishing the document, values of these input fields should get saved in meta data. How can I ...

You can raise a ticket to lithium support team for the same. They can add additional required fields in post article form and respective fields in API as well.
