I need a way to fetch all read and unread topics and/or messages. I can do it by searching messages and filtering them by quering each message separately, but it is not convinient.
Is there a way to search for read/unread messages? Any parameter, query or something like this: search/messages?q=<query>&read=true

When you say read, do you mean read by the current user, or read in general (viewed by anyone)?
If you are talking about read in general, there may be a way to retrieve them, or at least sort them by the count of views. Let me know if this is the case and I can try to find a way to do this.
If you are talking about read by the current user, as far as I know no feature like that currently exists. The best way to get visibility on this, is to add this item to our Customer Ideas Board.
