How to retrieve meta tag picture in Twitter?

So we launched a community instance and want to start twittering about it. https://twitter.com/blizz_meeting 

 

What is needed to retrieve the meta tag picture?

 

I tried adding the code as described here /t5/Developers-Discussion/code-snippet-for-social-meta-tags-open-graph-and-twitter/m-p/207009/thread-id/9370

 

...but no luck.

We are on responsive. Any idea?

    I filed a case with Support. Got the disappointing answer that this is a bug that does not have priority at the moment, which is hard to believe for a company that tries to sell social media products. 

     

    Recap the problem: Twitter card pictures are not included in tweets linking to the community.
