if you want to target some of the broads only, you may want to use "&board_ids=b1,b2,b3" in your query.

this api only search the whole commuity. Did anyone encounter the same problem?

I am not sure if this would fit to your needs, but hiding those boards from community structure in admin would skip them from the Rest API results, hence you can make the call without including them.
