How to update URL parameters?

Can you share some more details on where you want to update the URL?
Visually in the address bar of your browser?
Or all your community URLs to append a tracking parameter?
Or all external URLs leading out of community?

Depending on which set of URLs you are trying to manipulate the approach would differ.

profile.language parameter.

Could be anywhere in a community url. for eg: community.khoros.com?profile.language=fr
