How to use Freemarker

Hi,   I am new to Lithium and I want to work with Rest API and FreeMarker, please guide me how to work with these into Lithium , so that I can go for POC.       Regards, Gopichand.

I am following that link only, but I found one article about rest API etc and I unable to integrate into my applications, if you have any working examples please share with me..
