HTML/Iframe Permissions issue.

I have a member set up to be able to post iframes on a perticular board along with a few others, but for some reason although they have the setting set the same as the others anything they try to post is stripped out, I've double checked the setting is enabled and that other members can post that code. So the only thing I can do is turn the setting on and off which achieves nothing. Or give them full rights across the community which works but isn't ideal.

Does anyone have any ideas of what other settings could block this from working, or anything I can tweak elsewhere that might affect it?

    Yes I can confirm they have that permission, though cannot post the html code.

      Can you go to board level and take snapshot of all permissions of that user on that board?

      It would be helpful to debug it.

    Hi I_Am_Sy,

     

    To use iframe tag in post user should have following permission:

    Use full HTML in posts and signatures

     

    Can you please confirm the user you are trying has above permission at that board?
