Ideas Page Layout Customization

We are looking to make some serious changes in the Ideas page layout, so that it should appear just as our threads page is. We have edited the threads page layout by making the changes in the forum message and forum topic page layout. When I checked the Ideas quilts, it had different behaiviour as the ideas page doesn't show the user avatars in the replies.

Any help on how can I make the two pages look similar?
