iFrame Woes

Why doesn't Lithium accept my Sliderocket embed code? It did so in the past. Here's the code that I am trying to put in now (the red text is the hosted video we want to share):

<iframe src="http://app.sliderocket.com:80/app/fullplayer.aspx?id=URLNUMBERHERE" width="560" height="449"></iframe>

 

</p>

<p><br />Select the far right icon to view in full screen.</p>

 

 

When we try to preview or publish anything, Lithium just shows the regular link, with some garbled HTML. I've tried to copy the embed code directly from sliderocket, and then from notepad, but no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi there,

     

    We are aware of this issue and it is fixed in upcoming version 13.9. The above problem occured as a side-effect of a fix to some other issue, but we realized this and fixed it. What version are you on currently? And how critical is this for you? Just asking to make sure if this can wait until your community is upgraded to 13.9?

      I'm having issues with our community as well. Trying to embed iframe code from storify.

        I just looked at the fix and it appears to have been back-patched to 13.7 and 13.8 as well. I would advise to please create a support ticket to have your communities upgraded and restarted.
