Importing community discussions from external community solution

Hi,

 

Is there a way to import data in to lithium from any of the other vendor forums like vanilla forums? One option would be to use Lithium REST API to develop a import script to read from the source community and post message to appropriate boards in lithium. Is there any other solution to do this. Thank you so much for your help.

    We would love to see this too, and we'd rather not need to develop an import script either. We had an old vBulletin forum we'd love to port the content from if possible.

    There is nothing that I'm aware of, however other customers may have done something themselves.  If you'd like to see Lithium develop this kind of migration tool functionality, please post it as an idea on the Lithium Customer Idea Board: http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/Ideas/idb-p/Lithium_Ideas
