Is it possible to extract list of ideas to excel
We have a long list of ideas from customers and I need to extract these to an excelsheet to get help from colleagues. Is this possible?
Sure thing, you need to do two things to achieve this:
1. Enable blank searches in your community
2. enable search export via csv
Your need to raise a support case for number one, two i think you can do via admin then you simple run a blank search on your community then filter by just ideas then using the menu export search results to csv.
This export will include all the meta data associated with each idea making it easy to filter and report from the export.
