Is there any API or other way to automatically download the community statistics/metrics?

I've looked at the API documentation and I can't find anything that will pull down metrics like "total board views by day" or other "all up" metrics that are available through the Lithium Social Inte...

Hi,

 

Not 100% if possible with api but i know we have an idea logged for the ability to create scheduled reports to email data at given intervals, take a look and give it some kudos if its what your after:

Thanks for the info. Emailed reports would be helpful, as it saves mouse clicks, but would require some modification of VBA (to automatically pull and save the attachments) to get to the entirely automated solution I am looking for.

 

I would give kudos, but I'm not actually able to open the link. I'm getting an "access denied" error.

    thats strange... are you able to access the ideas exchange using the top nav:

    Customers>>Customer Ideas>>

    The idea i posted is in there :)

      No, looks like I only have access to stories and customer awards. I got the main admin on the account to go there and they upvoted the idea. Thanks!

        I take it your a Lithium customer? if so i would raise a support ticket or contact your account manager/ sales POC and get them to request "customer access" on the lithosphere :)
