Please reach out to your Lithium customer success manager as - depending on your setup - there might be ways to set up a regular sync for your product catalog and the one stored in community.

Hi shravani,
The Community API and Community Admin options allow you to add and delete a single product or product category at a time. You may have to contact Lithium Support for adding in bulk.
