Is there any out of box component to display user profile status ?

Now, its working fine. It comes after clicking on username. Like shown below :

Whereas my requirement is, there should be no need to click on username. The component should directly come to top-right corner after sign in of user. Like this:

Also User Navigation Menu does not give profile completeness status.

How to resolve this issue ?
