Lihium Community: Edit CSS: html{font-size:10px;-webkit-tap-highlight-color:transparent}

Where can I edit the CSS entry: html{font-size:10px;-webkit-tap-highlight-color:transparent} in a Lihium community?

I can't find it in Studio under Community Style > CSS.
