List of hot blogs

I'm interested in how can I get list of hot blogs? Is there any property in REST API that allows to select hot/most popular blogs? Thanks.

You may be able to use the metrics object to return message and board views as logic to determine which blogs to display in a custom widget

Not sure if this helps, but it's someplace to start.
