Like admin provide an interface to collect data...is there is any easier api way through which wer can fetch data......

Here is a post about some of the different metrics we support via the rest API for users. Retrieving Metrics
You can get metrics of different objects by making the metrics call on the object you want to get the metrics of. Here is some documentation about the metrics call done on the community level: Community Metrics
