Metrics - message views and posts read

Hi,

I was trying to figure out whether the message views on the list of available rankings and posts reads in the reporting options are the same. We're revising our metrics for the ranking system. Hence, I am trying to make sure that we choose the right metrics. I  will appreciate any comments on that!
