I don't think that's what OP wants... the goal is to KEEP the changes that were made via SDK but remove the SDK. My best guess is that you would have to manually "overwrite" each an every piece that was touched by the SDK (by editing it in studio)...but there might be better ways, maybe DougS has some magic for such things?
Unfortunately there is no way currently to do a complete sync back from the SDK to studio without a little manual labor. It either has to be one-by-one in studio, or if you happen to be working with services or support, they may be able to completely replace your studio plugin with the contents of your SDK plugin (you'd probably want to use the SDK li export-studio-plugin script to pull down your studio plugin and merge any changes from it into your SDK plugin first).
