You need to change the priority of the Dawn Community rank in the ranking structure, get it above admin, should solve the purpose.
I saw on ranking its "Dawn Community " at on 55- line and Administrator on 8 line. Should I put "Dawn Community " on 7 number?
If yes can you please suggest me steps. For the time being its one user. I have multiple user so how can I setup that?

- yes, the dawn community needs to go above the admin.
VarunGrazitti Thanks mate for help. but manually its too time consuming because Dawn manger is in 79th position and admin is on 8th position. If I putting rank manualy then its very much time consuimng. Is there a way where I can setup ranking easly above administrator.
