Need to fetch data of message and user object in a single rest call

Hi,

We need following details related to message and user object.

1. Message : subject,body,Last_post_time(post time of latest reply), views, total kudos count (Topic + Replies), replies count. 

2. User : name, avatar, rank 

Please let us know, if there is a single API to fetch all these details.
