Notying the change in data from Lithium

Hi ,

We are working on pulling data from our lithium community sites and display on other internal sites.

Could you please tell me if there is any option available in Lithium platform to continuously tell us on the changes happened at any board/thread level so that we can update that data only in site instead reading it every time ?

Basically I am looking for mechanism/process to listen for the changes and then update only that message/thread in site.
