Option to Subscribe Label -- Missing

There was an option to subscribe label on the non-responsive community.

This option is missing from the new responsive community.

Any help will be appreciated...

    Thanks for the reply.  Actually, we were able to get the option in the drop-down but wanted to pull it out. 

    It was all about the admin settings 

    Community admin > System > Subscriptions: "Turn on label subscriptions"

    Just want to check before digging further, is your email address verified on that instance?
