I am looking for a way to place the forum pagination both on top and bottom of the forum posts list. Without creating a fully custom pagination component. It looks like the 'lia-component-paging' is bound to the message-list, and cannot be placed in a custom way.
Is there a way for that?

KPNOnline - We are using <component id="common.widget.pager" pageableItem=pageable_item /> for custom pagination in that page inside the custom component, try adding it on the page quilt and let me know if this works for you.
This way I still have to add a custom component, I am looking for a default Lithium component for it..
And offcource I cannot just 'grab' you're custom component.. So this is not going to work.
I mentioned it specifically that we are using it in Custom Component, but you can try it in page quilt.
