You really just need to copy/paste all of that code into a custom content component live on the page you want the modal to be on. It's not pretty, but you can edit the CSS to be whatever you need. If you got an idea of what you want it to look like, I can maybe help (else someone who actually is a developer probably can 10x faster and better than me 😂)
