Problem with configuring "Reviews" feature

Hello folks,

 

I want ot use Lithium Community Review feature.

I have read manual about it here: http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/documentation/Admin-Guide-Ratings-and-Reviews/ta-p/27308

I have turn on this feature in Admin part.

 

But when I try to get user's reviews by using the following request: https://mycommunity.stage.lithium.com/restapi/vc/users/id/15/reviews

The system returns the following response:

 

<response status="error"><error code="303"><message>
Feature is not configured. identifier: 'reviews' type: 'ReviewsFeature'
</message></error></response>

 

Could someone explain me the reason of this error?

    Could you explain the exact steps you took to enable this feature, and all the steps you did before making the request (such as creating a product etc)?

      Hi VenkS,

      Nevermind, we have already fixed this problem, we just ask guys from Lithium to turn on this feature on back-end.
      That is all. In any case thank you for your reply!
