push notification support

Hi, 
I trying to build an app via Cordova of existing community portal with push notification support:
 
1. Is there an API call that allows the client to report the device token (FCM push token), in a way that dopes not incorporate the native SDK?
 
2. On the other way around: Is there a way to perform a login through the native SDK, and extract the access token/cookie in order to pass it to a webview?
