Ranks list V1 API call throwing error

Hi satya,

To get the list of ranks with this API, you need to pass the parameter which returns a list of user node ranks for the specified user for the current node context.

For Instance,   community.mycommunity.com/restapi/vc/ranks/list?rank.user=id/1001
