Hey Varshaahir! We've been looking into this and, whilst there isn't a dedicated Product Updates feature (which is excellent in Gainsight), you can achieve similar results with a Knowledge Base. You just need to surface the Subscribe button so that members can click it, then configure the email notification in Studio.

We use a blog w/ product-specific labels for a similar purpose - https://community.meraki.com/t5/Feature-Announcements/bg-p/new-features
This blog is integrated into our product's web dashboard, so customers can see updates for their specific products (based on the labels) directly within the dashboard (sorry for overuse of the word "product" :-))
