Receiving error on API Call: /api/2.0/auth/refreshToken

Thanks for the info. On the second step of the call, basically on requesting for Access Token. I am now getting a 401 Authorization error. Getting the same error even on purposefully deforming the call. Could this be just another Client id being encoded or decoded issue?
