Records Mismatch of "Raw Conversation data"

Hello,

I am pulling “ Raw Conversation data” of below highlighted report type-

While comparing data straight pulled from Khoros dashboard with the data pulled via using API of above highlighted  “OPEN_AT_END” report type. I found the data direct from Khoros dashboard is having more records than the data pulling via using API.

For reference – Parameter, I used here listed below in Postman tool for testing:-

Could you please help me to figure it out what causing issue here?Let me know if you need more clarity on this issue.
