Replacing Anonymous Message Icon

I replaced the icon_anonymous_message.png image in studio under images in our custom skin. This is the icon that shows for a message from a user after their account is closed. My new image shows up on stage like it is supposed to, but after publishing the old image is still showing in production. Any idea why this is happening?
