Responsive skin on lithium

There is nothing stopping you adding media queries in your Studio theme, however most of the built-in Lithium components employ tables which are challenging to manage using repsonsive techniques. -- http://css-tricks.com/responsive-data-table-roundup/

The mobile view on the other hand is a better candidate for responsive design and we've had good results managing different screen sizes across mobile and some smaller screen tablet devices. 

Keep in mind Lithium have some stuff on the boil for mobile so best check that too.

I believe Lithium are in the process of making changes to the mobile version which will include more 'responsive' design elements - so may be worth discuss with you account manager.
