REST API - License Agreement? Acceptable Use?

I was wondering if there are any terms of use or license agreements when using the REST API?  Perhaps an acceptable use policy?

I’ve checked Lithosphere and beyond the REST API documentation, I cannot find anything to terms of use or usage policy when it comes to leveraging REST APIs. We are working on some stuff and want to make sure everything aligns with Lithium's policies. Thanks!
