Rest API call for unreads.
what is the api calls for the unreads? Built-in widgets are great but I want rest apis.

It seems that indeed there's only an option to show unanswered topics on a board via
http://lithosphere.lithium.com/restapi/vc/boards/id/studio/unanswered
Replacing "unanswered" with "unread" doesn't help and http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/rest-api/bd-p/developers-rest-api?branch=Board supports that this does not exist.
"threads/for/message_statuses/key/status_key" looked promising, but there doesn't seem to be a [status_key] string "unread".
Guess we need the help of some Lithium expert here.
