REST API: Resolve view_href into message/thread ID

The last part of view_href contains the message id. In the above example view_href is http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/developers-discussion/REST-API-Retreive-a-message-based-on-id-and-construct-url/m-p/2776#M899

So the last part (before #) should give you the message id. So all you need is make the following call
http://lithosphere.lithium.com/restapi/vc/messages/id/2776
