REST API to get a list of all ranks in the community

Technically yes, as documented here https://community.lithium.com/t5/Developer-Documentation/bd-p/dev-doc-portal?section=commv2&collection=ranks#fields-id a simple "SELECT * FROM ranks" in API v2 should do it, unfortunately this does not work an just throws an error, see more details here: https://community.lithium.com/t5/Developer-Discussion/API-to-get-list-of-all-available-Ranks-in-community/m-p/316708/highlight/false#M12282
